Our Process

Our Process

We utilise a detail-oriented process by working with The Agency for People with Disabilities (APD) and The Department of Children and Families that will help us understand the kind of service you are looking for. Our care takes into consideration the physical and mental ability of the client. We work in collaboration with the family to determine the amount of privacy a client needs. Before we take a client, we analyse their health condition from information provided by a support coordinator or a case manager to ensure the level of care needed. We also feel that as individuals we have the ability to do any and all things through the services offered and no boundary will hinder or interfer. Our duties will include direct care, assistance with medical appointments, community events and participation, in-home personal support and guidance to independent living. These services will help the family feel confident in leaving their loved one under our care.
